Connected Touch
Learn Massage for Empowered Giving
This course will teach you about self-love before service, which cascades into deeper connections with our loved ones. You will also learn how to build self-awareness, be more “present” with your partner, and fulfill your deep desire for connection and support.
Quickly and easily learn massage techniques from a seasoned expert of over three decades and deepen your most treasured connections.
If your arms ache and you tire easily when you’ve barely begun giving a massage, it can be frustrating and disappointing for you and your partner. You could start dreading the idea of giving a massage or providing meaningful physical contact, which is not conducive to building a strong relationship.
This program follows the philosophy of “From Yourself and Then For Others,” teaching you to increase your capacity to give by first finding connection and self-love.
I felt your guidance and language really resonated with the type of things I talk about in session- especially how important expressing and receiving feedback is, and focusing on your own body while focusing on your partner’s. I quite often hear how quickly folks lose access to their own bodies, experiences, and wants when focusing on their partner’s, and vice versa (either in sex, intimacy, or just relational roles), so what an incredible intention for you to weave throughout the work.

1. Connect With Yourself
When giving a massage leaves you tired and in pain, something is wrong. In this section, you will learn that self-love comes before service. It is very important to connect with yourself before you can connect with someone else.
Learning about the correct body mechanics to use in massage therapy will help you massage your partner without inflicting pain on yourself. Learn to read and understand your own needs by connecting with yourself first.
2. Connect With Your Partner
When you explore non-sensual massage with a partner, it gives you time to connect and form deep, intimate bonds, especially if the massage gives them the pain relief or tension release they need.
Connected Touch will help you learn and understand how to give your partner a selfless massage that will leave them feeling cherished and totally relaxed. This section will teach you how to use the connection you have with yourself to build a deeper connection with your partner.
3. Massage Techniques
The massage techniques that you will learn in this section are from an ancient Chinese medicine wisdom system—closely guarded within the Imperial Palace of China for many centuries. Today, Patricia shares these invaluable massage techniques for tension and pain relief. Learn the correct body mechanics for a pain-free approach to practicing massage therapy.
Practice massage with a partner to offer relief in the following ways:
- Shoulder release
- Spinal release
- Hand massage
- Foot massage
- Cranial neck release
- Head massage
- Forearm release
- Lower back release
Bonus! Two-Person Stretching Exercises
With this free bonus video—a $150 value—learn to use an enjoyable two-person stretching exercise system to complement massage with your partner. The stretches focus on the mid to lower back and aid in stress reduction and pain relief.
When you learn the right way to give massage, you learn how to care for yourself. You massage your partner—whether a platonic friend, a spouse, or even a family member—to help relieve pain and tension. You want to show you care with physical touch and build deeper connections, and giving and receiving a massage can be fulfilling and joyful.
Understanding body mechanics and the many benefits of massage therapy will help you to love yourself and build deep connections with your partner.

“This course provides you with the tools you need to save yourself from the muscular strain that can come from carrying out the techniques incorrectly, which can ultimately be a deterrent to realizing the true value in couple’s massage.”

I just finished the course, and absolutely loved it- thank you again for giving me access, what an amazing resource and direction to point my clients in. I will absolutely send your info to folks that could benefit!
I thought the way that you separated the different massage techniques into separate videos was really smart- I imagined having clients focus on one technique each night a week (or something like that) as a way to really slow down and be present with the process. And I felt your guidance and language really resonated with the type of things I talk about in session- especially how important expressing and receiving feedback is, and focusing on your own body while focusing on your partner's. I quite often hear how quickly folks lose access to their own bodies, experiences, and wants when focusing on their partner's, and vice versa (either in sex, intimacy, or just relational roles), so what an incredible intention for you to weave throughout the work.
I'd be so curious to hear about your experience with the verbal feedback process- what a pivotal and yet vulnerable thing to ask for feedback during something so intimate, and what a challenging thing sometimes to really advocate for change while in the receiving position. I thought the language that you used was really useful- clear, direct, yet soft and inviting. I know a lot of folks struggle here, but it really made me think about how massage itself can be such a vehicle for practicing this and flexing that feedback muscle- (for example, giving my clients homework to try one of the techniques and challenge themselves to name one thing they like that their partner is doing during the practice, and one thing they'd like their partner to change in the moment).
